Our Order Process Explained

This process applies specifically to cars we can locate for you and NOT cars currently in stock.

1. Browse our online showroom and locate a suitable vehicle, or similar that fits your requirements. Please then call our freephone number so that we can provide experienced, professional advise and exact availability from the hundreds of different cars made available to us daily.
2. Alternatively, you may wish to simply fill in our Online Enquiry Form, and we will contact you quickly and usually with a choice of vehicles which will suit your specific requirements.
3. Having contacted us our commitment is to answer any questions you have both clearly and simply and to cover our order process inclusively (no hidden costs). If you have a part exchange we will value it immediately and Competitively over the phone and confirm full details agreed in writing.
4. Once your preferred car has been located and you have decided to order that car, a refundable £200 deposit is taken from you to commence the order process. We will then order this car on your behalf and it is shipped to our centre in Bristol for comprehensive preparation prior to delivery to you.
5. After your order is placed we will post to you an order form confirming the full details of the vehicle ordered and financial figures involved along with FREE insurance information.
6. The confirmation letter provided is very informative but the delivery team will be in constant contact also to keep you updated on your cars preparation progress and to coordinate a convenient delivery date/time and location for your inspection/test drive.
7. Your chosen and now fully prepared car will be delivered to you free of charge (if within 100 miles of Bristol) for your inspection. Having inspected the car and in line with 99% of our customers found it to be more than satisfactory, only then do you pay the balance owing! If a part exchange car is involved it is collected at this stage with all it's documentation, spare keys etc.

The unique benefit of this process is that the risk is taken by Online Vehicle Solution Ltd to provide a vehicle in a condition you are happy to accept. If the condition of the car is not in keeping with it's age and mileage then, you can cancel the order and the full deposit is immediately refunded!
