1. Browse our online showroom and locate a suitable vehicle that fits your requirements, or call our freephone number so that we can give you an exact stock availability as this changes daily.
2. Give us a call to discuss your choice or click on our online enquiry form and we will call you back.
3. When contact has been made we will answer any questions you have regarding the vehicle you have chosen or the ordering process. We can also value your part exchange immediately over the phone if you have one. This valuation will be confirmed in writing if you proceed with an order.
4. Once you are satisfied and wish to proceed you pay a small deposit of £200 online to secure the vehicle. We will then order the vehicle and agree a provisional delivery date.
5. After your order is placed we will send an order form to you confirming the details of the vehicle ordered and figures agreed along with details of our free insurance service.
6. We will call you 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm the time and place of the vehicles arrival.
7. The vehicle will be delivered to you free of charge for your inspection. Once you are satisfied you pay the final balance and take delivery of your new vehicle. If you have agreed a part exchange this will be collected once the transaction is complete.
