How can I buy a vehicle without viewing it first?

You Don’t. You decide the model of vehicle you require prior to ordering it; ensure it is right for you and if so we will start the process. The order is a provisional order at this stage and is subject to your final approval and acceptance when the vehicle is delivered to you based on its condition.

We will not order a vehicle in on your behalf unless you are totally satisfied with your provisional choice. The final payment is only made once the vehicle is delivered to your home or work and you are satisfied with the condition.

If you are unhappy with the condition the deal will be cancelled or an alternative vehicle located. However, our acceptance rate on delivery is 99.4% because we ensure the vehicles are presented in an excellent condition inside and out.

Why are the prices so low?

As this is an online dealer service we do not have the overheads of showrooms or dealerships with stock depreciation, staffing costs, and other expenses.

Therefore because our overheads are low it enables us to offer you the vehicles at extremely competitive prices with a market leading package.

Is there anything wrong with the cars?

No, not at all. All vehicles are presented in a guaranteed condition and will be delivered to you in this condition.

All vehicles are independently mechanically inspected, fully valeted and bodywork checked prior to being delivered to you.  If any minor issues are located whilst this process is being completed we will rectify and address prior to delivery.

This is to ensure the vehicles are delivered as you would expect for the age and mileage.

What are the delivery time scales?

We endeavor to deliver your new vehicle within 5-7 working days of your order - sometimes this can be quicker, this can be discussed when your order is placed. 

How fast does stock change?

Daily, we have access to over 450 vehicles per day, and yes this changes every day.

Therefore if you do not see a vehicle that fits your requirements give us a call to discuss alternatives.

How does the Free 7 Day Insurance Work?

We have negotiated with Norwich Union a free 7 day, fully comprehensive insurance policy to commence on the day of delivery of your new vehicle.

Once you have chosen your vehicle you simply call the Free Phone number given quoting your new registration number and unique reference and they will do the rest.

After 7 days this will automatically expire unless you wish to commence an annual policy with them.

Do we have to come to the Bristol Head office?

No you don’t as we provide an internet-based service - if you decide to provisionally order a vehicle from us, it will be taken initially to the preparation centre in Bristol and then delivered Free of charge nationwide to your home or workplace.

How does the Lifetime warranty work?

We have negotiated with our warranty supplier a free lifetime warranty on all 3 year old vehicles ordered from OVS Direct.

To make a claim you can take the vehicle to any VAT registered garage in the UK and does not need to be brought back to the head office in Bristol. 

Full details of coverage are available on request. This warranty covers you for all eligible parts and labour for the length of time you own the vehicle. i.e.  If you own the vehicle for a period of 7 years then the warranty is valid for that period of time. 

It expires when you sell or part exchange the vehicle.
